The rental rates vary during high season and low season. Minimum 3 night stay.

* Cooking and cleaning service available from caretaker onsite. For cooking service: Guests provide all groceries. Breakfast preparation is complimentary. Lunches and Dinners can be prepared for an additional fee based on group size. $25USD per meal for groups of 6 or less. $50USD per meal for groups of 7 or more.

Cancellation Policy: We have a very flexible cancellation policy. 100% refund if cancelled more than 10 days before check-in and 50% refund if cancelled within 10 days of check-in.
